Guidelines and Notices for the Upcoming KYHS Fundraising Dinner > 공지사항

Dear KYHS Members,

The much-anticipated annual fundraising dinner, prepared with heartfelt dedication by all KYHS members, will take place tomorrow. We extend our sincere gratitude to all members for your interest and participation, and kindly share the following notices:

1. All KYHS members are to arrive at the event venue, Adonis Hall in the Samjung Hotel, by 4:00 PM. Parents and family members are kindly requested to arrive by 6:50 PM.
2. Formal attire is required for all attendees. Male members must wear ties. We would also greatly appreciate it if parents would dress in neat and appropriate attire.
3. While members assigned to stage roles rehearse their segments, others will assist with registration, seating arrangements, and other event preparations.
4. Award recipients will practice receiving their honors according to the designated order.
5. Please note that waiting periods are an essential part of the preparation process. Whether your role is visible or behind the scenes, every task is valuable and contributes meaningfully to the success of the evening.
6. If you are unable to attend the event—whether due to living abroad or other circumstances—please be assured that this will not result in any disadvantage or discomfort within KYHS. Participation in the fundraising event is entirely voluntary.
7. Traffic near Bongeunsa-ro, where the Samjung Hotel is located, is typically very congested. Please plan to leave early or consider using public transportation.
8. While this dinner is a KYHS event, it is highly distinctive and may be listed separately on members’ resumes. Participating in such events over two to three years will serve as a valuable credential.
   Example:
   Fundraising Dinner for Kyonam Sinaegga, Seoul, Republic of Korea – Volunteer (2024, 2025)
   – Helped raise funds for a nonprofit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities
9. Every segment and process of the event will be documented with photographs, which will be shared individually with members’ parents following the event.
10. The total amount raised to date has exceeded ₩8,000,000.
