10월 25일 KYHSO 콘서트 자원봉사자 모집 > 공지사항

한국청소년아너소사이어티오케스트라(KYHSO)가 발달 장애인 시설 ‘교남소망의집’을 위해 개최하는 한국청소년아너소사이어티오케스트라 교남소망의집 후원음악회’가 오는 2025년 10월 25일(토), 서울 강서구 소재 ‘스카이아트홀’에서 개최됩니다.

창단 이래, 매년 다수의 사회 복지 시설을 방문해서 연주회를 개최해 온 KYHSO가 개최하는 이번 연주회의 모든 입장권 판매 수익과 후원은 전액 '교남소망의집'으로 기부됩니다.

KYHS에서는 이 뜻 깊은 행사의 개최를 위해 귀한 도움을 주실 분들을 찾고 있습니다. 행사 당일 현장에서 행사 개최를 지원하는 모든 일은 KYHS 회원들의 자원봉사로 이루어집니다. KYHS회원 가운데, 당일 자원봉사를 희망하는 회원은 10월 17일까지 디렉터에게 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

자원봉사 업무: 입장권 판매 및 좌석 배치, 프로그램 브로셔 배부, 연주홀 출입문 통제, 연주자 관련 지원, 기타 공연 관련 업무

필요한 자원봉사자 수: 10명

자원봉사 시간: 2025년 10월 25일 오후 5시-9시

모든 자원봉사자에게는 감사장이 수여되고, 봉사 시간은 공식적으로 기록됩니다.

The Korean Youth Honor Society Orchestra (KYHSO) Benefit Concert for Kyonam Somang House

The Korean Youth Honor Society Orchestra (KYHSO) will host a benefit concert in support of Kyonam Somang House, a residential facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. The event will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Sky Art Hall, located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

Since its founding, KYHSO has held annual performances at various social welfare institutions. In keeping with this tradition, 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships for this concert will be donated to Kyonam Somang House.

KYHSO is seeking dedicated individuals to help make this meaningful event a success. All on-site operations on the day of the concert will be carried out by KYHS members volunteering their time and efforts. Members who wish to volunteer are kindly asked to inform the Director by October 17th. 

Volunteer Responsibilities:
– Ticket sales and seating coordination
– Distribution of program brochures
– Door management for the concert hall
– Performer assistance
– Other concert-related tasks

Number of Volunteers Needed: 10
Volunteer Hours: Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

All volunteers will receive a certificate of appreciation, and their service hours will be officially recorded.
